The agreement ended the strike by 73000 workers at 80 facilities across 30 locations in the United States.The employee’s organization supports workers who are former university students to achieve equal rights in the labor market.Far and away superior, a real example of the organization of workers shows how much more can be achieved in the field of labor, when participants in labor relations (employees) unite, and do not speak out alone.ConclusionAll in all, what is at stake here is that employee’s organization plays an essential role in the development of the labor relationship between workers and their employers. What is more, Opportunities are offered to both sexes equally and attract talented workers. Labor unions are essential for pursuing gender liberalization in the workplace.The benefits of liberalization and progress can be shared equally by all workers and the dignity of employees is maintained. By implementing different policies, labor unions (employee’s organizations) have significantly protected the employees’ rights. Employees organizations not only raise employees’ concerns about the health and safety of the workplace but also satisfy workers’ desire for fair payment. ReferencesAmini M.
