Girl Gone London stresses that buying ready-made minced meat in a jar may only be an option for British people and provides a link to the recipe for everybody else. None of this seems to be connected to the nationality of the blogger.

Conclusions. The analysis showed regional differences in the measurement systems and in the descriptive language. British bloggers use grams, degrees Celsius and centimetres, whereas American bloggers try to provide both. Descriptions in British shows are more original and creative. All American videos highlighted the British origin of the dish.
